i would not want anyone to invest off th3 back of my posts and i am sure they wont

ipo -saas v successful. samara due in the us at 4.5bn. plus polish fleet telemat due in the uk well in excess of 100m (i do need to check this one)

driving tests - fanastic demand and test centres all fully booked. they have expanded capacity.
trakm8 the uk leading insure telematic provider

hgv driver shortage - fleet managers and business will demand every route is efficient. trakm8 can help with that driver pay £25ph pretty much standard

sainsburys contract now in run rate

improved cost performance

rev p1 and p2 26% up p1 had lockdown in it......i get very excited when i estimate p3 4 5 6.
h2 will provide material opp to deliver yr on yr metrics especially insurance growth due lockdowns

chip shortage - industry wide but trak better placed due to vert inter vs othet uk telematics provders. more demand for trakm8 maybe opp to increase prices.

potentially jw could neg. a deal to get a slice of the new company and stock opions that would make it sweet enough to give up the 15% in trakm8
allowing to ML to pick it up at say 25 to 30 p

like most thimgs in life it will come down to cash
they resist ML if the future is looking very positive
