Just needs ONE of the spun out companies to hit the jackpot with a 1B market cap, and POW's holding would be worth more than 4x what it is today! If one of POW's 100% owned projects hits the jackpot, well, we'll all be retired in the Maldives!
Trouble is, I don't know why they'd bother making an offer. They know that they can just run rings around Teeling until Arke runs out of cash, then sweep it up for the admin costs!
In all fairness, that was pretty much how Haneti seemed to disappear off the radar too. And is very common AiM behaviour. But I still hope Molopo delivers something worthwhile, although Tati certainly has the potential to produce quick cashflow being bonanza grade near surface and with local processing facilities available. And even modest cashflow here would pretty much eliminate all future market funding requirements. I have sold our family position down to a small freefloat, so am not too bothered how this turns out, but am looking at other firms for investment instead now. Wish everyone hear good luck with Pow in the future.
LOL i can totally relate to playing spot the cliched phrases in the RNSes. I have no problem with the way he manages the portfolio, but i do fear that a bad result at molopo, after all his positive hype, will set him up as the boy who cried wolf, in the eyes of the market.
In fairness to those suggesting tati focus could be a sign of molopo disappointment, that would be pretty normal AiM behaviour. But ypu could drive yourself mad on AiM trying to figure out what is really happening at any listed company. Just look at Juridica Investments and Quindell. But Molopo could just as easily knock it out of the park with an immense JV deal with a major. Only time will tell...
Exactly, Sandy - company changed from november to end of year, but spambot kept telling everyone they were allwrong, it was end of november despite clear RNS from the company that it was end of year. What a plonker dear old spambot is! Loved the comment about him thinking people would log into their accounts and unexpectedly see the sale money there!!! Absolute joker...
Do tell us what date in November 2022 the DFS report was issued? You know, the one which was RNSed as due by end of the year, but you spent months telling us it was actually coming by the end of November! So please just give me the date in Nov 22 when it was released. Otherwise I think I know what credibility to ascribe to your other tens of thousands of spambot postings. :)
reading this board once in a while. Exactly the same rampers giving the same routine as they were doing at 20p, then when it halved to 10p, again when it halved to 5p, and again as it continues to drop! Years ago the BoD exited an FSP supposedly with a great offer ready to go, yet 2+ years later they have not managed to bring home a single asset sale to a single penny. They are now burning through cash by paying themselves outrageously high and completely undeserved salaries, and it will be very interesting to see if they can even get a placing away at the current 4p share price to bring in enough cash to continue their feeding at the trough. My best is a 1-2p placing and 2-4p warrants, one for one. Let's start a rival guess the date competition to match the president of the Panda Owners' Club, and see what date, what amount and what share price they have to do the next placing at!!!
Even when markets were good, Pow drill results did not seem to have great effect on the sp. Tati has had tremendous bonanza grades very near surface, but not even that has helped. Improved mining sentiment may help lift the sp, but i fear it will only be when cash arrives in the bank from JVs or asset sales that the market will price things in. Personally i have been selling some of our family holdings into the spikes now, but that is not related to the quality of projects but simply because it has become very difficult to get hold of PJ the last few months to get straight answers to simple questions.
There is no 3% reporting threshold for foreign companies!
Pjt, I wasn't saying it is what *i* want, only that the rationale seems to be that the havenots demand iPads, iPhones, plasma TVs, etc all paid for by whitey. Of course, in a sane world their demands would be ignored, and all gvmt wastage would be investigated as you suggest. But the uk political scene has not been sane ever since we paid people to stay home during covid, thereby not producing, but simultaneously driving up demand for goods! Mad world. Mark my words, soon we will see more and new taxes to pay for electorate gimmes: higher income taxes, higher cgt, higher stamp duty, higher council taxes, higher inheritance taxes and probably socialist wealth taxes.
Rationale: we want a taxpayer funded standard of living, so those with money have to pay! Here endeth the lesson...
I will be in the UK des 27/28, do you fancy a pint in west London, somewhere near Heathrow? Would be great to get more views about Omi.
LOL! Mapping, has anyone ever introduced you to the concept of market cap??!
Vey afraid wft may screw up a deal here. Shouldve been done ages ago, but clearly AB has confused his ambition with his ability. Sadly they lost the only real oil man, RL, that they had, and did it in very unpleasant circumstances imo.
Out now on Stockbox, spinning his usual yarn about what a great job he is doing! The guy could BS for Ireland in the Olympics.
It would be great if they hit the feeder structure. But Arkle shares will never reflect their 23% of what is in the ground, as we have no way of funding our share of any future big drill campaign let alone mining costs. Ultimately the best i am hoping for is a buyout for between 20-50m. With a little under 1.5% of the shares though, I will be very satisfied with that result.
LOL! Dwindling? >90% of cars are still ICE, the electric vehicle boom has hardly started!
Not sure why it is key for GMR when it did zip for Thor Mining? Especially since the perpetual loser Mick Billing will be on the GMR board! Lets hope war with Russia has focused a few minds in the US gvmt and industrial war complex.
Lets hope youre more accurate in these predictions than you were with that rubbish about tungsten only coming onto the US list of critical minerals after POW bought Pilot Mountain! Tungsten has been firmly on that list since it was first published in 2018.
