The £3m fund raise from October has a lock in period to 3 Feb, at which point up to 10m shares can be sold. I suspect this is weighing on the SP.

The reality is the REE sector has been heavily sold down since mid October. Lets see if the sector bounce from Friday is the start of something more sustained. I hope, give next week's AGM, that we will get an operational update RNS. Given Cotec is hosting an investor update on 19 Nov, including an update on HyProMag, I think its very likely we will see something soon.

I'm heavily invested. Do we know how long the net £2.8m will runway to? Given management is 'evaluating opportunities for rolling out HyProMag operations in additional jurisdictions & other growth opportunities ...' that will require additional funding i'd suggest. Which is no bad thing.

The SP move and the relative lack of volume makes me think a fund raise may be on the cards. I'd actually see this as a positive if above 40p.

Exactly. What I’ve noticed is Mkango has been active in the last 48 hours on LinkedIn & X … almost as if it’s laying the ground for something. Eyes peeled.

I see Myles on X is suggesting that specific companies will be mentioned by name by the G7 tomorrow. And cryptically suggesting we might get G7 funding. Lets see.

The spike on the Canadian exchange last week does seem to suggest some people had early sight of something.

The G7 news is material to the sector. And material to us. Let’s see how the sp responds tomorrow. Positively I’d suggest.

This news makes the current SP very, very appealing. I’d be surprised if we have another down day tomorrow.

Notably, Cotec was down less than 3% today. Clearly, investors there are far more relaxed on Malawi & any impact on us. Rest well.

The Malawi export ‘ban’ was covered extensively in African and global media (AP) last week (23/24th).

I was v happy to take a few extra at 57 today.
