I did not want to get into the question of takeovers for a long time yet. But as a shareholder I dread Oil majors taking over successful small Companies. Yes you get a good price for your shares that day, but then just get a small increase in Big boys share price and a small dividend. Me, I would rather see bigger rises in SP and a probable good divi. Like Tullow Oil 00-£15 in a matter of a few years, and they were working in countries who would not pay for the oil delivered. We are on English soil. no risk. I have the same worry with another Co. I have shares in, they also are on the cusk of good news, and BP has just moved in next door. For me, stay small and grow the company.

I cannot believe the way the SP has been behaving. I bet the SP would have risen if we had discovered a lake of mineral water. DHC. Why is it he an Australian (outsider) can see that Britian does not embrace its chances and so everything takes extended time. Council agreements, licenses ect. Nobody gets behind this country with enthusiasm. If this comes off, almost everyone in the country will benefit, even down to cheaper fuel.
