Just something I've been pondering19 Jan 2025 17:43
There has been quite a lot of talk about different companies raising money for further drilling. It sounds like some of the recent drilling is to test the process. Presumably though the companies concerned will get revenue produced for the gas and the gas production will last quite some time(a number of years?) and so the revenue for the gas will presumably be greater at some point than the money spent on the drilling and after a number of drilled the revenue produced will be able to fairly easily cover drilling costs. So, I suppose the main question is how long will it take for that to be achieved. Are we talking about a couple of years?, 5 years, a decade. Just asking as others might have more of an insight on this based on their experience.
