To gain the consent of sbt the bid will need to be at least 80p otherwise Ladbrokes could re bid ore a number of other parties then the price goes to 90 to1 00p and I know the SBT board want an agreed offer so offer 80p quicly before the results and get it in the bag

I can see the offer at 25p maybe 30p but if a big fashion house want this they could offer59p still a bargin at £10m and roll the brand globally dyer

I reckon now the issue of Turkey has gone Labbrokes with their ex guy on board and willing sellers will see an agreed for £400m at 70p the same level as before they are in very attractive markets and Ladbrokes need the internet access quickly if not an US player or Chinese or Gent could bid up to 80p as the earning per share will be 5p + in Oct dyor

this is a trade name and I think any bid will need to be 25p plus otherwise one of the big fasion houses are sure to come in with a knock out bid say Burberry or Lois Vuiton its a snip at £5m and with Beckham even the CHinese or Kuwaitis will want a piece of the action it could be aglobal brand hold and wait for 30p

mOST BROKERS HAVE 150P AS TH ETARGETas they only sell an a p/e of 4.5 so are cheap up to 135p Inmo

I hold 300,00 Medic-sight and I see no reason why they cannot return from suspensio. THere was very little money to take and it may simply mean a placing to recoup this an dintially a dillution, but this is a great product and will sell.One good thing is that there is a majority shareholder and they will fight for what is best. A lot better than in many hands. Given a resumpstion of trading they could make profits of £3m in 3 years and the shares could go to 50p given time.
