Dear Nigel F . I invest in several dividend paying shares and I am substantially invested here. This stock will pay dividends for generations to come and the SP will reflect that value. The $10m cash contributed to the acquisition equates to a 11% return on Mcap. Last year's tender offer and buyback was effectively a 14% payout (hardly "miniscule") to SH's. I would suggest you are bitter having missed out on these.

Very true Bakky, a bit of emotional selling this morning, driven by the expectations of a few. The company is much more solid now and as you say more attractive to a future takeover.

Not what I expected, but mid to long term happy to hold, will see some selling from those with no Plan B. Will be an excellent dividend stock in the mid term.
