"In my opinion the bigger issue is, if the directors don't have confidence in the business' ability to cover costs with renewals and or deliver profits in 19, after executing their much maligned takeover and turnaround plan - and they don't announce a dividend of whatever size, why should private investors? Especially when they have usd9m in the bank?..." Indeed why should we!

Bakky, I'd forget the mcap as an indicator for a takeover price, too many vagaries. Focus on the EBITDA then apply an appropriate PE ratio.

A regular dividend announcement must be publicised soon, it certainly would boost sentiment amongst existing + future investors. It should be a company priority.
