I don't have a specific SP in mind, my average is in the 8's but I am prepared to write off any loss. Seems pointless hanging on with how this BOD is behaving.

Agree entirely Jal, These charlatans are taking the SH's for a massive ride. It's absolutely disgusting the way they are plundering the company. The incredulous salary increases coupled with these liberal options and RSU's are stagnating the SP.
I for one, have embarked on an exit strategy.

Agree there Taps, although £1m. only equates to a 2% yield, nevertheless, it would have sent a message of intent to potential new investors.

Well there goes any dividend, with this £5.1m legacy settlement being paid in H2. from cash resources.

Currently, the estimated legact liability stands at $7.9million. The Company is therefore pleased to report it has reached an in principle agreement that it will make a one-off payment of c. $5.1m as full and final settlement for any further liability or contractual spend offset by revised contract terms which the Directors now estimate will generate net revenues of approximately $0.5million to MMX over the remaining contractual period. Binding legal contract and payment is expected in H2 and given the positive outlook can be made from the Company's existing cash resources.

Regardless of how promising the H1 results are, it means nothing if the directors continue their plundering of the "excess fat" as they have done the last 3-4 years with their respective 300%+ rises in salary, with little regard for the shareholders. Sadly, the term "AIm Cowboys" comes to mind....

Maybe they can't afford it....they're only on £300k+ p.a.

It seems CNIC's policy of aggressive acquisition and cost cutting is paying off and is reflected in their ever-growing share price.
