Hi Fulmar, I appreciate your posts, see that you have
a pretty clear and fact based view.
First reply is: I am not sure its to late to give this thug Mumene something small. Give him the plant i.e. then he can go one with his lurky business. Claim that he has a plant, take up on debt on it and continue his spiral dowm. In Zambia he is seen as a fallen angel. Loads of debt, burned his assets and as before he tries dodgy blackmailing. Not the first time he goes that path. But sadly for him, it worked for 20 years now he is seen as a Man in decline on a slippery slope by the establichment in Zambia. He is done now, sad but the normal end-station for such individuals.
What I see, and put my money into is the fact that this licence can’t and I mean can’t be overeseen by Majors. Their exploration budgets are increased. Copper is A-priority for all of them.
My own experience of bigger M&A deals are. Set the terms, put in clauses like solve the annoying Mumenes claim so we don’t get involved.
Given that, as I understand Mgmts tactics is to punch, and punch and at the end if the day give the Guy who is about to loose his capital, reputation and status in a fast pace a small thing and then sign the final SPA. Its so obvious when seen, understood and compared with other exploration deals.
Bought 3m shares more this week. We are getting to a close of Mumenes tricks, he is finished in Zambia and we have the Presidents man on the Board. I believe the deal is very immenent. Close Mumena to avoid effect on the Majors Brand and its game on. So obvious what’s going on. Just relax and buy at these levels
