If this is approved all over Europe why is the company struggling. In population terms Europe is massive compared to USA , why are we pinning all our hopes on US .If sales havent taken off in Europe why will they in US.I still think the amount off people this will be used on is small in comparison and the amount of procedures performed a year will be relatively small also.I see that LMT are hoping to take a royalty from this and will not be in control of the full cost. What will the cost of Aorfix be ,do LMT hold rights to Aorfix or the whole procedure . If they do take a royalty how big a %.Lets face it this procedure isnt going to be done in its 100 of thousands a year.Ask yourself these questions.A royalty of 10% of a little = small profit if any ,certainly for the next 3-4 years.
