You indirectly have a majority holding in greenroc through your alba investment however if you want to personally hold greenroc feel free to buy some it looks like that will be post ipo on the open market as it appears no ipo offer will be made to private investors

Yes this is the new ceo I’m saying alba directors are likely to also receive options in greenco along with the initial lot so it is silly to assume that they won’t be looking after themselves. Personally the shares held in alba is a good thing tho as it means we receive the shares indirectly and gives incentive for them to work hard at greenco which benifits us

Considering GF is chairman also of greenroc I would expect him and other bod to receive some options

Agreed alba have sent several emails asking for update on time clearly keen to progress the dewatering ASAP. NRW allowed the application to be duly made in March meaning all requirements were ill filled then waited the full 4 month determination to ask for more!! Blame on NRW
