but how many pis where ramped into buying on the assurance it was going to 1.2p this morning? they would have bought over .8 and potentially the 'rise' will never happen. this is a rinse and repeat process, so many other shares are an example....

I agree angela. placing en route to fund the directors, nothing else. the directors companies are involved, to an extent that no pis know the ins and outs of. no major ii's are invested. the whole thing stinks.

for whoever asked, no I am not invested but may take some post placing, if, and its a big if, the arrangement of the companies assets change. ie the directors other companies don't own them.

still think it will be post Christmas. If they hear back from the FCA this week, it will easily be next week before things are ironed out for relisting. Happy to be wrong though...

yes. if this level doesn't hold, i expect a drop to 0.04 - again this will likely happen before the discounted placing

no idea. there have been failed guesses aplenty. it would be nice to get another update of some sort before Christmas.....

how far are LTHs underwater now? and still nothing from the company? where is this £1m contract? where is the rns with confirmed revenue? something isn't right imo

with the recent acquisitions, I can't see it going bust but a huge placing is on the cards here which will dilute LTHs greatly. news is needed to see any improvement in sp but i suspect it will go lower still..........

I am being realistic, I don’t see anyone offering anything to say there won’t be a placing? I think there is potential here but something isn’t right hence the sells and the current sp. sort finances and there may be something here otherwise it’s a lifestyle company....
