The point of the article is that they doubled gross profit to 15% whilst only reducing output volume by around 8%. That leads to a big tick up in the bottom line.

100 @ 7.5% = 7.5
93 @ 15% = 13.95

6.45/7.5 = 86% uplift in profit

You need to stop ramping this - the offer was not 1.5p; it was 0.68 SOU shares per ANGS share. At the current Bid for SOU shares that is 1.224p IF you can sell them for that price. Good luck to anybody who has a large parcel of SOU (or any other small m/cap company) selling their entire holding without crashing the price.
