Lagoa Salgada is an anomaly that I would look into if it was my decision.

This share caught my eye as they are invested in a bio company that I have a few shares in. I am doing my own research: The SP has dropped 20% since the takeover was announced. I expect the Patent Box regime is beneficial. I do like the spread aims and potential of the companies that are invested in. Any comments?

According to 8th of March net asset value update: "TH Crestgate has sold two of its projects to Ferrum Crescent (FCR), an Australian and LSE-AIM listed company. The proceeds from this sale were partly in cash, from which TH Crestgate fully recouped its outlays, with the remainder comprising 109.5 million shares of FCR." When I mentioned JV I meant the boss (Jacques Vaillancourt) not a joint venture - apologies for any confusion caused.

11 days have passed- and the sp now needs to rise 22% to get back those dizzy heights. Fortunately I do not have a black cat.

JV should be pragmatic - this is an unusual geologic formation that could produce over time. But, not everybody has time. I am prepared to wait.

2.1. Gossan The gossan from Lagoa Salgada consists mainly of goethite, hematite and silica with substantial amounts of gold and lead. In general, petrographic observations of the gossans confirm the predominance of goethite over the rest of the minerals and the main textures include: massive, boxwork, colloform and 6 open space fillings. The final result is a heterogeneous assemblage of residual fragments of early goethite, accompanied by quartz, hematite, and fragments of gossanized rocks cemented by late Fe-oxyhydroxides and siliceous particles. The precious metals mainly occur as Au–Ag– Hg and Ag–Hg amalgam particles. Gold usually occurs as very fine-grained particles. The high content in lead is explained by the presence of beudantite and mimetite crystals.

I know that what goes up must come down but, I just looked at the share price on Google - it shows up 16.01% at 16.01p.

Interesting - the home page has changed to incorporate the acquisition. I expect the combination of both business's knowledge to be of benefit to people who have had, or need, orthopaedic intervention(s). Those who will need further reconstructive or replacement surgery will benefit and might be prepared to pay first world charges. dCELL tech - with the advances in quantum computing the answers are not understood yet. Cardiac - just the beginning of dCELL tech. As a small shareholder I want to see benefit to my account but I will not be unhappy if I lost the lot and benefited from these advances in knowledge in due course.

I know that some private investors feel that they were shafted when we were not permitted to take part in the latest round of fundraising... However, the share price is up around 10% from the levels when the RNS was released which is better than most of my other shares have managed so I am quite happy. The products made by CellRight Technologies will compliment TRX's so I am hopeful we will be surpassing previous share price highs in due course. We may even be in for annual dividends at the current share price in a decade.

I am only an arm-chair scientist. I have faith in stem cell based therapies - if the stage 3 trials of CTX cells for stroke disability are successful it will lead to other uses (as well as significant revenue). But, I am disappointed that testing of CTX for limb ischaemia has been put on hold. Also, 7 pages to detail the directors emoluments - the value to me as an investor becomes hard to calculate when I contemplate future fund raising. Nonetheless, considering the cash on hand and the potential, I am hopeful.

Price Monitoring Extensions last happened on the 22nd of April 2015 when the share price was around 4.65p. I hope that the value of the research is being reevaluated for good reasons.

I think that the long term potential for dCELL technology farming stem cells should not be underestimated. Once commercially available quantum computers become mainstream, modelling personal health care solutions will become mainstream for the wealthy. A D-Wave computer used to cost tens of millions of Dollars - now IBM are offering researches access for free to their 16 qubit processors. Google are close behind with their research. Time will tell but I expect that this share will offer me exposure to the interface of medicine science and computing power.
