I'm zero rated when it comes to the TA side of things and in many instances, particularly on AIM, I believe its use can be limited as many large price rises or falls are news driven. That said it definitely has its uses and as you say many people use charts so what they "read" can be self fulfilling to an extent.
I've never been able to get my head around charts and would certainly appreciate some help, such as which ones to use, and what indicators are essentials. The rsi is fairly straight forward but I'd like aso to follow the MA50 and 200 but as an example of my lack of expertise, I can't even find the 200 MA on Market Screener. I've got the 50 MA and 20 MA though !
Any guidance would be much appreciated.
In this game for me the fundamentals are essential but anything that can be added to the mix is to be welcomed.

I'm not sure it was rushed but it certainly appears to have served its purpose.
From the Proactive presentation it's explained by DM from 2 mins 20 secs in.
The infill 2D gave then much better quality and resolution data, which in turn changed the TAI prospect from borderline to "an obvious prospect, sticking out like a sore thumb". It's got multiple well defined stacked closures across multiple horizons and although not the best prospect, will give them good guidance for the follow up drills.

"Competent Persons Report on Helium One Global Limited Assets in Tanzania
At the request of Helium One Limited, the Brisbane office of SRK Consulting (Australasia) Pty Ltd
(SRK) has prepared a Competent Persons Report (CPR) on the assets of Helium One Global Limited
(Helium One or the Company).
It is SRK’s understanding that this report will be included in an AIM Admission document to be
lodged with the AIM market in London, UK.
Helium One, through its subsidiary companies Gogota (Tz) Limited, Stahamili (Tz) Limited and Njozi
(Tz) Limited, exclusively holds Prospecting Licences (PLs) covering more than 4,512 km² and
encompassing three distinct project areas referred to as the Rukwa, Balangida and Eyasi projects
(Table ES-1). Helium One has secured 18 active licences (12 of which have been renewed and 6 of
which are pending renewal) with a further 8 applications submitted as set out in (Table 3-1). All
licences are held on a 100% equity basis and have an initial period of 4 years and can be renewed for
an additional 3 years at first renewal plus another 2 years at the second renewal. "

My understanding is that BZT were keen to dispose of 80% of this asset but the acquirer couldn't get the funds together and so the deal has terminated, with the full 100% of the Mankayan project back in BZT's hands.
The Company made this statement in the 8th April rns:
"Further to the above update, the board of Bezant, whilst preserving its position and rights under the Transaction Agreement will explore and pursue options including the possibility of re-postioning the Mankayan project within the Company's portfolio of copper and gold assets. The Company will provide a further update(s) as and when appropriate."
Given the above, why all the excitement ?

Given the information to date in the public domain and reading between the lines, I will be very surprised if the first drill doesn't find Helium on its journey to TD.
I believe the key and major decision time re investment risk will be between a discovery and the appraisal of the discovery.
That said nothing is guaranteed in this game.

The Company presentation is well worth a read and a re visit.
P12 handles the Capex aspect upon commercial discoveries.
If we do strike then I don't believe finance is going to be a problem. Obviously subject to the degree of success, people would be throwing money at the project but let's not get ahead of ourselves :)

UT at a slight premium to last trade in market hours of 20.3p (20.35p) and the other two were late reported.

The two biggest volume days were 16th and 19th April with 59m and 58m traded respectively.
Volume was quite low at around 10am on 16th and around 33m at 10am on the 19th.
Today we were at 35m at around 10am.

I've decided to drop the anchor and ride the first drill out to TD.
Nothing is certain in this game but I'm getting very good vibes - it must be the Helium :)

I replied to one of your other posts recently along the same lines (sic).
Infill seismic acquisition has taken place and is currently being interpreted to finalise drill locations.
Who knows they could possibly announce that 4th drill depending on what they come up with.

"Under the terms of the agreement, Mitchell Drilling may give notice at any time after the results from the first hole are announced to take payment in equity for the drilling of the third hole in the programme. The Shares will be valued at a 10% discount to VWAP (volume weighted average price) calculated from commencement of hole one to the date that the equity notice is given. Additionally, the parties may agree to drill a fourth hole for equity, with shares valued at a 10% discount to VWAP calculated from commencement of hole one to the date that the second equity notice was given."

Close spaced seismic data acquisition will be focussed in areas of known prospectivity to assist in providing greater clarity on the subsurface structures which Helium One believe have the highest chances of successfully discovering Helium. The seismic campaign is fully permitted and benefits from strong community and governmental support.

It's been mentioned a few times but the the Merck involvement in the private placing is highly significant and a vote of confidence in 4D. it goes without saying that Merck is central to 4D's lead therapy MRx0518 and they are not prone to making charitable gestures. The fact that they expanded the placing with their late participation speaks volumes and augers well for the evolving oncology programme.

Foreign Translation Loss

The net foreign exchange loss of US$7.1 million (H1 2019: nil) comprises a realised loss of US$8.8 million and an unrealised gain of US$1.7 million. The realised loss arises mainly from the fact that US dollar denominated gas sales are collected in local currency converted at the Central Bank of Nigeria ("CBN") official rate. In order to purchase US dollars to service US dollar obligations, Savannah is obliged to use the Nigerian Autonomous Foreign Exchange rate ("NAFEX"), which is the benchmark rate for foreign exchange spot operations in the Investors' and Exporters' foreign exchange window. At the start of 2020 the CBN exchange rate was approximately 306 Naira/US$ and the NAFEX rate was approximately 360 Naira/US$, a 15% differential, however in March 2020 the CBN increased its exchange rate to N360/US$ which reduced the differential between the CBN and NAFEX rates to 7%. Since period end the rate has been further adjusted to N380/US$ reducing the differential to around 2%, which is in line with the objective stated by the Nigerian Government to unify these two rates. These realised losses are in part recoverable over time through a foreign exchange "true-up" clause in the Calabar NIPP Gas Sales Agreement whereby realised foreign exchange losses on this contract may subsequently be invoiced back to Calabar and recovered and recognised as a reduction in foreign exchange losses.
