Indeed off-book, but you've got to ask yourself if those traders were holding those trades off-book since today or since the last time we've seen the share price ranges of 19.50 to 20p which it would many weeks ago. So, which is the most obvious answer in your opinion? I would say they've been traded off-book today and released to the market immediately today.

Forgot to mention 1 x 400,000 @19.85p at 12:39:28 gmt appearing to be a buy and 1 x 445,863 @19.62p at 13:23:41 gmt appearing to be a sell trade off-book. It would be hard not to tell if those off-books were not from today as imho those are today trades masked as off-book.

Although it cannot be confirmed, I've seen 2 x 500,000 lots appearing to be purchases but could also be sell orders too. Also just now another trade of 200,000 appearing to be a purchase but could be a sell trade.

Also, I've seen many trades between the ranges of 50,000, 80,000, 90,000, and upto 150,000 ranges mostly seen as purchases with a few appearing as sell in between these trades figures. Make your own conclusions as to why we've moved up so quickly.

Can't beat the Cpi share at current low levels. So, here I am again. Let's see.

I just got a nasty brush with a stock that I manage to exit with just £270 loss.

So, as it stands I'm down £70 quid after going playing elsewhere. I've actually

just paid 18.87p. When I sold out it was close to 18.63p and gained £200.

Anyhow, the tables have turned around again. Let's see. Looking good and ready

for the next leg up. I can't wait. Bring it own Cpi. Show us your true colours.

This modification will enable the continuation of the existing single contractor managed service arrangement which includes the supply of a broad range of computer and related services (including, without limitation, on-going management, operation and maintenance services), information technology consultancy services and the supply of computer hardware, software and associated products.

The systems and services provided via the current contract have been uniquely configured to reflect the varying requirements of the Education Authority.

The anticipated modification increase equates to GBP 33 000 000. The original contract value was GBP 350 000 000. The date noted in Section VI.5) reflects the date this notice has been submitted to the OJEU. The Education Authority shall observe a period of no less than 10 days, beginning with the day after the date of publication, before modifying the contract as set out in this notice.
