It's exactly that.

The FOMO 'premature' rally kicked off due to some cpi newbies that jumped in after reading too much into the US and UK inflation news without giving a second thought.

I dare anyone to say that tomorrow cpi will be shooting up and continue today's first suppoused sign of 'relief'. I just don't believe the news were of that kind that could had unstuck cpi recently seen for the last month sideways share price movement.

Nevertheless, I do something really positive comes along to put everyone out of their tiresome long waits. Cpi needs to move either up or down and get on with it.

To be correct NoFear was well ahead of the curve on many occasions and even forseen the upcoming Jon Lewis retirement.

What Savage_KeyboardR has been posting has nothing to do with me and personally don't either agree or disagree with it. Infact, it has become tiresome even for myself having to notice that a greater majority of their posts are getting somewhat published on loop system or more like a sleep, eat and repeat fashion.

As for AimMaster2018, they're one of a kind and respect their investment views and will not dare to try to persuade them to change their posting style or how the want to comment on the current stale cpi share price which imho is endlessly testing the patience of many retail investors. As I'm not 'Yet' invested here or anywhere else as a matter of fact, what will happen from this point and onwards to the cpi share price is everyone wildest guess.

So, feel free to filter me even though I've only been posting the odd now and again post in comparison to the hundreds that Savage_KeyboardR has to date.

what happens when someone subpoenas cloudflare to unmask a blogger?

a former deputy mayor in the uk has subpoenaed cloudflare in the us to discover the identity of an anonymous british political blogger.

initially, the network infrastructure giant gave the blog owner, who pays cloudflare to optimize their wordpress site, until the end of this week to file a legal challenge in the states against the subpoena, or have their personal details handed over to the ex-official. on tuesday, the san francisco-based corporation agreed to delay disclosure until january 29.

the subpoena was granted in california by federal district judge james donato in october based on a complaint filed by daniel mayçoçk, the former deputy mayor of tamworth, a town in staffordshire, england.

mayçoçk had asked the american court to compel cloudflare to identify the operator of the website debunking tamworth, claiming an article it published online the year before contained false and defamatory statements that have hindered mayçoçk's future academic and political opportunities and have inflicted emotional distress.

the ex-politician made his claim under 28 u.s.c. §1782, a statute that aims to simplify the discovery process in the us for litigation in foreign courts. the use of the law has increased substantially in recent years, according to seyfarth shaw llp.

mayçoçk did not respond to a request for comment. the offending post, which included a screenshot of unsubstantiated claims about the former deputy mayor from a social media site, has since been removed.

"when i started the blog, it was with good intentions," the site publisher told the register on condition of anonymity, explaining the dot-com was set up to scrutinize those in the political sphere of tamworth. "the blog grew and grew until this year we hit 10,000 unique visits per month. the blog was never intended to ever cause anyone any harm."

At time I've been just as upfront and sometimes worser than you even on personal issues.

I'm aware that my 'buddy in crime' AimMaster2018 slapped you around your ears for your last night post, but I found it funny reading your posts and replies. AimMaster2018 and I come from years back investing and speculating with cpi shares and have gone through thick and thin over those past years pre-covid times. I can assure you that they've got much finer over the gone times just like a fine wine getting tastier as it age over the years.

Only a discerning person can spot the investment knowledge and character qualities that they have to share here with us.🙂

It would be possible if the current shorters and hidden ones decide that that's it and go for it.

What I've notice is that the cpi share price is getting hammered down very slowly and little by little and tearing it down to a point where charts statistics ect. ect. would no longer be of any use in trying to establish where it will stop before a major player moves in to buy a chunk or two of the suppressed cpi stock. It's definitely not a stock for longterm retail investors. At this stage where cpi is imho, I would only recommend it to institutional investors that have big pockets and can shuffle around their investments no matter what happens.
