Many thanks for sharing the very informative link from the Hoover Institution. The guy he's totally right to say that Politics is controlling everything to do with Covid-19. They have destroyed the entire world with their excessive lockdowns

The Cineworld signage was done to stop vandalism and unlawful removal due the long term closure.
However, as we approach the newly set opening times, the distinctive Cineworld signage will be re-installed
as it will be from 31st of July. Time flies and soon will be business as usual for Cineworld albeit at the reduced rate until
its safer to back to full seating capacity. Have a nice evening everyone

There is plenty of activity on Twitter Cineworld account. Why would anyone be worried about no activity at their screen locations ? I guess that all that was needing done wil be done soon or has already been done when we were asleep.

Will the failed acquisition by Cineworld potentially be the final nail in the coffin for Cineplex coming future ? I guess it will.

Thanks for your indepth knowledge about the legal arguments that could be used by the legal defence teams representing Cineplex and Cineworld. They better release an official response asap to avoid sending our Cine shares for a volatile ride on top of the already negative covid 19 day after day news reports. I pray that we will come out stronger than ever. Lets wait for Monday and see what the markets will do with the Ciniplex and Cineworld shares when they open for trade. NoFear

Cineworld said it complied with its obligations and will "vigorously defend any allegation to the contrary," and seek damages. Cineworld explains that other parts of the Cineplex deal still hadn't been met, including approval from Investment Canada, which had been delayed from the start of the month until June 15. Also several other conditions that applied to the acquisition, including that Cineplex was to have kept its debt below $725 million.

I strongly believe that Cineworld will have the upperhand for the material adverse effects and breaches by the Toronto-based company Cineplex. I don't believe that Cineworld would be that stupid to risk having to be sued by pulling out due a Cineplex quoted “a case of buyer’s remorse” on the part of the U.K. company in the middle of a pandemic. Cineworld will hit them so hard with their legal defense team that they will end paying out £Millions to Cineworld for bringing on the legal suit

Once again the shorters are out in force to bring every Cinema stock out there into negative grounds.
Currently all US Cinemas well known stocks are in the red from initially opening in the positive.
Why and who is behind the shorting of Amc Networks, AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc, Cinemax, Cineplex ?

No Vikings involved, I got it straight from my own gut feelings. Also, its the natural cycle of this share to beginning head all the way back up to the highs that we all know it can hit in matter of just days of positive news. But any bad news can also throw it down just as fast as it heads up. NO FEAR

Will hit higher grounds by tomorrow lunchtime. The Cineworld share will hit a 71.62p buy price. The predicted price will hold through the weekend. For predicting a possible three out of three, the Cine shares, will open next Monday morning with an initial buy price of 74.90p. Finally, we will close next Monday day trading session with a buy price of 77.49p. NoFear

Cineworld will sail through the covid-19 storm for the better. Just sit back and watch the shares rise up towards the +67.5p by tomorrow lunch time. The worst has already passed. Good Luck to all who are holding their CINE shares.

True, there was this morning over £1.3millions pounds worth of shares sold between 8:43 and 10.01am. Also over £600k of buys have gone through since this morning todays positive shares rise on the good possible vaccine news that are making its way across the world. Todays, I witnesses the biggest purchase since many weeks ago. The future its bright.
