Great info about the brokers. As you known even if those named brokers were wrong or right, small retail
investors would be happy to have a broker view to help them in decide which shares company to invest
and anything that helps our Cineworld shares drive upward is mostly welcome even if the buy rating came
from a lower rated broker. As Tesco would say 'Every Little Helps' and because of so much negativity with the
covid-19 carry-on, I welcome all good feedback from any high or low ranking financial broker that has internet
presence to spread the good word for Cineworld share holders. My question to you is: Why do you think that
Cineworld can't make to the top next week after finishing the week across the pond into a very positive note
especially with all the news of various vaccines potentially be released by one by beginning of December 2020
the other having the century old vaccination [BCG] re-introduced across the UK. Stop being negative. Have a good1. NOFEAR

Next Monday we can expect Cineworld making a decent share price rise due to all the

Groups including the National Association of Theatre Owners were listed on the complaint against
New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy and Judith Persichilli.

AMC, Cinemark and Regal are among a group that filed a complaint Monday night arguing it is unconstitutional
to keep movie theaters in New Jersey closed when similar spaces, such as places of worship, have reopened.
The plaintiffs are asking the court to force New Jersey to stop treating movie theaters differently from similar
businesses and acknowledge the order deprived movie theaters of just compensation.

From reading the financial liabilities numbers of Cineworld as published on the Barrons website,
I can only see that they had total liabilities of £7,363,503 [£.billions] under the Liabilities & Shareholders' Equity
of the published balance sheet. It also says that they had at the end of 2019 total assests of £9,581,053 [£.billions]

So what this matters with our Cineworld shares ?
M&A reporting outlet CTFN said that AMC Networks was working with
Morgan Stanley to explore M&A options, including a potential sale.
The news follows similar reports in May, when CTFN said that AMC Networks
was looking into selling itself.
However, AMC Networks does seem like an appealing takeover target for both
traditional cable networks and streamers. Its valuation is only slightly above $1 billion,
making it a relative bargain, it is solidly profitable, and it trades at a trailing P/E ratio of just around 4.
