Some of the leases will have been put on hold while the CoronaVirus pandemic had forced the Cinemas
to go in full lockdowns by order of the UK government. However, not all landlords went with the flow
and tried to enrich themselves from businesses that had no choice to stay closed. I hope they're leases
are not due for review and if they are, I hope they can get their rents reduced while the Cinemas recover
or postpone the rent to collect lets say in 2021-22.

I forgot to mention that I was adding a previous event that took place between the Aberdeen Cinema
complex landlord and Cineworld that took place in January 2019. Forgive everyone if you could not

Finally, we have a figure to work our how much Cineworld pays in rent since the January 2019 Court landlord case
Cineworld would be paying £755,375 a year for the Aberdeen 10 screen, 2,400-seater multiplex instead of the
sought £834,000 that the landlord had wanted originally after the five lease rent review was discussed between
the Cineworld bod and the Cinema Complex landlord
I wonder what rent the would had paid during the coronavirus lockdown if any at all since the landlord has
said that they love Cineworld presence in their Aberdeen Complex.

Cineworld is not new to argue about rent reductions.
An independent surveyor will need to be sought to be “final and binding on the parties”,
under the terms of the lease if the two sides cannot agree to the reduced rent sought by
the Cineworld Group due to the CoronaVirus enforced lockdowns. The landlord cannot
expect to enrich themselves to the detriment of a business that been forced to shut for
over four months.

Well, I guess we will all be witnessing the financial massacre of the institutional hedge funds that
are stupidly shorting the Cineworld shares. The better not want to get the Jangho Group main shareholders
'The Chinese Government' ****ed off as their few billions of dollars of company worthness will be wiped
out and be put out of their hedge fund business operations at the click of a mouse all the way from the
Golden Dragon Head office of Beijing. They don't call them 'The Snake Heads' for no reason. NOFEAR

Well said RS2002, especially when you then find out that the institutional investors that recently
took 4.49% of Cineworld shares have themselves the backing of major shareholders who themselves
have $Trillions of dollars worth of assets waiting to be used so to increase the wealth of the Chinese
Sovereign of the People's Republic of China.

ThankYou. Only the ones on this forum that are able to see the light brighting up at the end of the tunnell
will understand my factual posts about the Jangho Group Company and their potential intentions.
I proudly hold 52,000 Cineworld shares at an average of 69.5p. I witness the price of my shares going to 25p for
then to be back at 80p and back down to 32p and then upto the latest 68.5p recent spike. I've never considered
jumping ship. Its only a paper loss for the moment while pending that jangho does its magic with Cineworld
and I did ever

Please remember all long holders of Cineworld shares. Two massive funds run by Chinese Government are
invested in the Jangho Group Company Ltd which are at the top of the Jangho Group major shareholders tree of
institutional investors.
So, please stop banging your heads into the wall asking yourself will the share go up or down ect. ect.
We have a the Jangho Chinese company that can bring in enough capital to buy outright the Amc,Cineplex and
Cineworld if they wished to do it without any worries if then coronavirus comes and goes. The Chinese Government
being one of their top shareholder, will give them all the money they need if they wish to go after Cineworld just
like the Cineworld did when they needed the approval of their major institutional shareholder when making the
take over offer for Cineplex Inc.

All those spread betting companies like the IG Index and CMC Markets analysts, are trying to get
punters to place short selling positions knowing very well that the Cineworld shares will be the
ones that will have the biggest rise and therefore the biggest return for them as punters would
place massive bets shorting Cine shares at a massive loss with no return back to the lows.
Spread betting firms are rotten to the core.

Exactly well said. They're not going to be a strict as like the legislation passed for wearing a seat belt
at all times unless you're exempt which is now the same as we're seeing people saying that are exempt
to wear a mask on medical grounds or whatever. 'There is many ways to skin a cat'

The Jangho Group have a reputation for making hostile bids.
I don't know if you already seen this articles of the 'Unchained' Jangho Group
in action trying to buy out a top notch business but due to concerns that the Jangho
Company had the China Investment Corporation (CIC) as their 2nd top institutional investor
their bid was rejected as the Australian gov was afraid that the would get hold of the Australians
health data and pass it on to the Chinese government.
