You could not be far from being totally wrong. Do you remember! and I say 'Did you ever followed the Cineworld
shares from as far back to December 2019? Did you ever read how the Cineworld bod discussed buying Cineplex
with its top major holder and why they then approved the takeover through a debt financed acquisition of Cineplex.

The Acquisition, related expenses and the refinancing of the existing Cineplex debt will be funded by approximately US$2.3 billion to be raised through committed debt facilities consisting of (i) a c.US$1.9 billion senior secured incremental term loan facility and (ii) a c.US$0.3 billion short-term senior unsecured term loan facility (together, the "Debt Facilities").

Cineworld entered into an agreement with Bank of America, N.A., HSBC Bank plc and Goldman Sachs Bank USA (together, the "Commitment Parties") on 15 December 2019, pursuant to which the Commitment Parties have committed to make the Debt Facilities available to one or more members of the Enlarged Group on or around completion.

Appropriate foreign exchange hedging arrangements with respect to the Acquisition are being put in place by Cineworld.

You obviously have not done any background investigative work as I did and everyone is
on the same view as I am. The Jangho Group can call up any amount of capital through their
own major shareholders who are super rich who have $TRILLIONS of reserves specifically for
foreign investments through the use of Chinese Companies. I'll post this one last time for the
ones like you who are questioning Jangho financial strengh and that you've said that they
don't have the capital to bid for the Cineworld assests.

When the same TheTimes newspaper published that Cineworld could be bought out by a Film studio company,
the Cineworld shares went up from the previous day 10th August closing price of 41.70p to a high of 68.58p on the
11th August on the back of the TheTimes news article hxxps:// www.thetimes.co.uk/article/cineworld-a-must-see-as-takeover-tale-grips-city-zd9plv2hh So, I guess we might see a high of potentially £1.03 before shareholders before a small sell off due to profit taking and shorters closing their positions. However, the share price should settle at about 80p by end
of Tuesday. Ofcourse the Cineworld shares will continue to rise as the news of the share price rise will make to the media
and more PI and perhaps bigger investors will come in to take their positions. It will be an very exciting week. Not for the faint hearted. NOFEAR

Yes, I did see the Juventus, Ferrari, ect. ect ban. They had to do it because the Chinese deep pockets were found
hoovering around depressed stocks like iTaly Enel, Ferrari, ect. and they were afraid the might have found themselves
in possible takeover bids by unwelcome candidates like the Chinese who I believe were prohibited to buy major
positions in the national state company Enel on matters of antional security.
All short selling should be banned!!!!

How do firms defend themselves from short-sellers?
How long do we have to have to put up with the shortsellers hedge funds sitting with Cineworld short stock ?
Why the Cineworld company has not asked the existing shareholders to withdraw their physical shares from the stock lending market notwithstanding that this request would lead to the early closure of many short positions and could force short-sellers to settle for an unfavourable price. Does anyone want to give their opinions on this matter ?

Well said. I've been holding it as 15th March Future with a well known UK spread betting company.
I've opened a £200 x point at buy price 32.7p. I'm expecting a share price rise on Monday on the back
of this excellent Capita money saving plans. The share price will be back in blue upwards of +38p.
