I've got to make use of my crystal ball more often and trust my gut instincts.
Now let the truth be heard or face paying out a massive fine and on top of it risk having to pay an average minimum of £3k per claim for compensating who ever has had their personal details stolen and leaked online.
If anyone wants Capita to fall this badly, I don't think it would be TheTimes guys. There's is something much more serious going on behind the hack cyber-crime against Capita infrastructure as a whole.
I personally wouldn't recommend anyone to attempt to buy or hold with these latest news sitting on top of the cpi share price. If we were told that by March we would be in the money by Helen in IR, than they forgot to add that by April we would be loosing that same money. What a farce. I don't see Monday as good start of the trading week and certainly I'm not in any hurry to see 29 or 31p.

I was the one and only that shared hard to get back office institutional investors grade data that sat on cpi. Not even Stuart Morgan could explain how I knew more about what was held in cpi by the IIs big wigs.
I may have thrown out the odd cazzate, but I'm not buying these jolly out of the blue rises. Let's see if the MM's have been honest or just playing with your heads.

But the ball is in John Lewis's court. As you said, Capita needs to promptly release an updated Rns or face the music later. Either way it could go against or for the share price. It's their call.

[Sanctions placed on gang behind HSE hack]

The cyberattack by the Conti group damaged the HSE’s IT systems, costing €100 million. Thousands of hospital appointments had to be cancelled.
Last week’s announcement comes as the HSE has begun notifying about 100,000 people that their records were stolen in the 2021 attack. Thousands of victims received letters of apology last week.

The government is at present preparing to defend what it fears might be a flood of compensation claims which legal experts believe could result in a collective payout of €150 million, depending on the nature of the data stolen by the gang. Accidental disclosure to third parties of data on children’s medical conditions has previously resulted in payments of €3,000.

The above news story is new to me. Considering what has happened recently to Capita, I really fear it will have some financial and reputational consequences.

It's all music to my ears. For as long they keep posting their BoA Rns, then HBR share price will continue to suffer as

Capita own regulatory news website section is now officially showing that 7am cyber attack incident Rns. Finally! What took so long for it to appear on their company website. Very odd. About time. Bloody IT guys. Must be all those offshore workers working off those tents in some hot country.

Thanks Philorkil for the heads up. In these tech days, is better to be signed up to the apps services that you've mentioned to stay ahead of the Rns news specially when Capita can't do it for some reason under their own website but through other share news channels. Anyway, that's me on that Rns Capita company update.

As to why it didn't show under their official Capita investors relations regulatory page is for me still not acceptable that an investor cannot get it off their own Capita own site but through a third party website like investigate site. That's not how it should happened. What's the point of doing that? Are they still having problems with posting articles like their Rns under their own many website? Not completely satisfied albeit it still got published. Let's see

They have not issued an Rns. Facts
As it stands, unless they go and officially release an Rns, than those Reuters news articles updates are not what investors want to see as proof of their latest handling of the now apparently and according to Reuters inside information now being a cyber incident.

What a lie schlemiel. Don't use a Reuters news article as an RNS of Capita.
Capita has yet to not issue an RNS
