In current more challenging markets, the judgment provides useful guidance to bidders as to how they engage with regulated procurements, and for authorities as to how they manage non-compliant tenders.

Lord Braid held, granting decree of absolvitor, that in disqualifying Capita’s Final Bid NSS had not acted in breach of its obligations under Regulation 19 of the PC(S)R 2015. Crucially, as the Final Bid submission was materially incomplete, NSS was entitled to disqualify it, rather than having to score it.

Capita making the waves also across the pond with the Investing.com

Britain’s biggest outsourcer has been lambasted for allowing the “unsafe storage of personal data” after it was hit by another data breach. It is understood Capita had placed a “bucket” or database with open source software and information in the cloud, including user guides and notes which are routinely published alongside software releases, but it also contained some personal data belonging to Colchester city council that should not have been there. – The Times

Capita plc shares are closing back in on major support levels around 29.98 GBX based on daily price data, which could offer attractive entry points.

I believe that the pot is just about to boil over and spill the contents. That means only one thing and that is a share price collapse of about 3p from tomorrow till Friday for starters.

In the last months, I've been called a clown but in the Spanish format or Payaso🤡

It's actually a compliment for me. I turns me on like mad being called a Clown or Payaso

As it stands cpi is tickling along mostly on the back of steady AT orders.

That's just someone keeping it going till they've decided enough is enough and let it go down. It's purely manipulated by some unknown trader or traders intending to show that cpi is trailing along and nothing to see. I see clearly an artificially kept up share price.

It's very obvious to all that are following the current cpi share price sentiment, that

it's struggling to stay afloat or just below the surface of the water. I find it easy just like you to forsee what's yet to come, whilst the current longs are probably going through a full set of nails every other day hoping that all that has happened to Capita IT with those cyberattack will just go away. Unfortunately, that's where smart investors like me and you see the potential to come in at soon to come bargain bucket prices. But patience is ghe key here if we're willing to wait for our well deserved much lower entry price.

I agree indeed. Thg is very much alive and nit this dead beat old dog. But everyone likes a bargain and cpi could deliver me that yet to come lower entrance once the market makers flood gates are fully let open for you naysayers to witness. Remember that I didn't write those capita news articles. I'm just making sure that cpi share price get touched up because as it stands is too expensive and therefore some newbies might be going into buying cpi shares that are not with the current scenarios at a fair value but at marked up price that doesn't take into account the costs that Capita will be at task to pay for being two times stupid within their IT operations.

Cpi its only holding up by sheer pure luck and the market makers are already hatching a plot to pull it under where no man(pi investors) has been since the last four months ago.

If I was one of the known Cpi market makers sitting behind 'probably' reading those non-stop negative media articles, I would be start asap getting a plan behind to start dumping currently held by them cpi shares. I would start by shaking the tree with a massive drop in the share price using the wide spread option which they're used many times at the opening of the trading day to create a bit of pandemonium. Let's see. I'm curious 🤔

Don't read the FT bottom end of website article comments as they're really scary.

I mailed one of my pension providers - which is outsourced and run by Crapita - asking if they could reassure me my data was still warm and toasty, and locked well away from these evil hackers. As always, I got an immediate reply to say their response would be anything but immediate. Indeed they then told me "We have experienced a disruption to our IT services so it may take longer than usual to respond to your enquiry". By usual they mean it takes a week to reply to an email.

They were back in touch this morning. They can't comment on whether my data is safe or not until I send them an (unencrypted) e mail with my name, NI number, date of birth and full postal address. I'm starting to get a sense of where they might be going wrong.
