Between me and you. I've got a secret to share.

I must admit that about 10 minutes before close of today trading, I struggled to get a market quote for about £60k worth of cpi shares. Moreover, I even placed a market limit order to buy £60k at 27.88p and that failed to materialised too. I then phoned my broker to discuss what the hell was happening with cpi and their market makers, their answer was that unfortunately no quote was available and their traders could neither physically put the order through. Moreover, my intentions were mainly to flip the cpi shares around 37p, but looks like I will have to try tomorrow morning if I'm still in time to get in and perhaps have to pay a higher price. So, I don't know if the fact I didn't succeed in buying £60k worth of shares at sub 28p was a good omen that was watching out for me or bad luck meaning I could be missing a possible high opening gap when Cpi shares begin to trade on a possible good TU.

One thing sure is that I will need to look for another broker after putting up with their pathetic system. Let's see

I was spot many days ago when I posted that 87p would had been where Wandisco shares would be settling around for the near future.

I also posted that none of you understood what was the true value of the company after the suspension of the shares were lifted and over 46million shares were added. And said before, I feel sorry for those that join in at the £1.20 levels without realising they were buying into the day traders pump and dump plans.

[Capita boss heads for exit with turnaround finished]

Lewis, who was paid £1.8 million last year, said then that he intended to stay on to cut Capita’s debt further, improve its revenue growth and return it to positive free cashflow, which he said should deliver a rerating in the share price.

Capita swung back to an underlying profit of £73.8 million in the year to December 31, 2022, against a loss of £122.8 million at its full-year results in March. Debt, which had been above £1 billion, was down to £85 million and Lewis suggested dividend payments could resume next year.

Almost 50 doctors have signed up as part of a class action legal case over a data breach that involves GP patients.

Capita – which runs back-office functions for GPs, such as pensions and transfer of medical records, via Primary Care Support England (PCSE), among a number of other services – is facing legal action over a data breach that took place earlier this year.

I knew it even before The Times now published article on Adolfo.

I said on Monday that I didn't like his curriculum work background and didn't believe he would better than Jon Lewis. I actually went on to say that I would had rather had Jon Lewis back on a higher salary even for a few years more, than the greasy sly Adolfo parachuted in new Capita CEO. He just doesn't have the same charismatic approach as Jon Lewis.

I really don't need any of those papers to help me in figuring companies out from others or Ceo from Ceo. I just knew it.

My view after selling out above 28p to rejoin

maybe just after the TU or whenever I see it fits

my risk and reward strategy. I would say that insofar I don't really know how it will exactly turn out. Wait and see. I got doritos on standby.

What could I add to your very last post.

I might well be the investor waiting to come back in and pay a higher price. If that's the case, it will be because I realised that cpi does have more to run upwards. Otherwise, it doesn't matter for me to invest in cpi even in the mid 25s if it then remains stuck and going sideways for many months to come if not years.

Was a world class Ceo.

Profit takers have slowly reduced the value of the share price. The biggest push came from the £1 to £1.20 sellers. They created the avalanche and soon panic will kick in and by natural selection it will trigger a further push into the sub 90p

I called right on the nose before it nose dived.

With NoFear you always get plenty warning time.

At 87p I will get in. I didn't miss out.

I had the chance to buy at 51p but preferred to observe its movements to study out the market makers system in action. That was the best learning ever. Now, I'm ready for the second pump knowing what it will make it move and how.

Maybe not, but I do know that the company real value as it stands has changed massively and that's what many pi have failed to comprehend due to them still believing that it has on its previous sky high fake market capital valuation.

Wandisco had over 95% of inflated valuation.

That's the real facts that most are yet to get it.

Just because the company managed just recently to raise the funds by selling more than 46million shares at 50p a piece, doesn't mean its out the woods and don't forget that they were running out cash too for the past July month. Had they not done the cash raising exercise, the would had to sell up at a loss of the previous and current directors too.

All I see from end is a company that just managed to pick itself off the ground before the worse was to hit it. Also, don't forget thar the FCA has opened an investigation in regards as to why nobody was aware of one single employee being able to flag through fake orders unchallenged by its directors.

That's the reall facts. Anything else is just speculation. The market makers have made a nice earner on the way up. Now, that its going the opposite direction, they will earn just as much. Feel sorry for those that paid £1.25 early this morning. They got pumped where the sun doesn't shine.

The most it will reach is between £1.20 and £1.30 max. Anyhow, this share got pumped so much that the deflation will slowly bring it back to reality. I see it settling around 87p.

It's been a long time my dear friend from discord. I was happy to have invested in Capita and was hoping to have reached Friday TU without any roadblocks. Unfortunately, yesterday rns releases where imho a bad omen and actually disliked so much that I sold out.

I would had rather paid Jon Lewis a higher salary to keep him a few years more, than him having to retire by July 2024. I just don't like the new guy Adolfo and there's something that doesn't convince me about his curriculum working background. Jon Lewis should retrieve his retirement request.

You're right it does sound like a nightclub name, but is not a joke share, its really true it does exist.

I for a fact will be very careful even with cpi. Although I jumped out today without loosing 1penny,

I do feel is the best way to stay in control of my cash until I'm convinced the share doesn't have any

further to go. Nonetheless, I could be totally wrong and tomorrow cpi could well indeed catch me

out. But that's life and rather have the bull by the horns then the bull have me on it horns.

Since last week, it had reached £1.20 from 46p. I had it before my eyes at 51p, but gave it a pass for cpi which in the end did f...all. Now, that I'm back in cash, I shall be watching on the sidelines and see what happens to the share price and might just might re-join in if the price is right. Cheerio 🥳🤞
