Ohmni - good luck to you, but please be careful chasing those that are going to rocket. From what you have said about yourself, you need to be more concerned with avoiding losses than making huge gains, so go for safety with most of your money. E.G. BRWM - it gives steady rises and a good dividend and you have professionals making the investment decisions.

By all means do have a small flutter looking for the multi-baggers, but over the years, steady safe stocks have made me a lot more money than the risky ones and chasing multi-baggers has brought me big losses.

Yes, a stock that rockets can bring quick gains, but it is like the hare and the tortoise - the slow one wins in the end.

Basel III is bluff. It's just for show, all talk but no action. Not my view, I don't know enough to comment on it, but I read that from a very authoritative source.

My personal view - don't bother getting your hopes up for $100 silver, nor even $50.

I've been investing in silver for nineteen years. I've followed Ted Butler, James Turk and other names in silver. KWN relentlessly touts things along these lines - "Big rise soon" "Gold price to rocket next month", "Silver going to the Moon" etc, but it has always disappointed us.

Don't buy until FK1 advises that it is safe to do so. His track record in forecasting the sp makes this tip the best one you will ever get on here.

Ignore FK1 at your peril. I learned that the hard way.

Market unimpressed by CNR's RNS - but SHG looks ready to rocket.

Over the years, the slimeball (dodgepot) has been wrong, wrong, wrong in his forecasts. It is true that there was money to be made on the recent spike, but don't think the slimeball was clever in predicting the spike or had any sort of insight. He is unceasing in predicting a rise.

He has predicted thirty of the last four spikes.

On the other hand, FK1 has consistently made correct forecasts - and he is no lucky punter. He has been correctly forecasting the direction of the sp for the last several years.

So, who to believe - someone who has been consistently wrong or someone who who has been consistently right?

Good reason to switch to SHG - now unhedged.

Also, an RNS today from Shanta Gold. Time to switch part of my holding from CNR to SHG?

Ted Butler has been fighting the manipulation in the silver market for 30 years. Twice, he has forced the CFTC to hold investigations. They said they couldn't find any evidence, even though Butler had directed them to it.

Today we saw a forecast by FK1 come true. As I say - FK1 is ALWAYS right! and that is why the slimeball (dodgepot) hides behind the filter (if we can believe him).
