"The anti-vaxxers really are batsh*t crazy." - really?
It's not wise to be so dismissive of people who give warnings.
Smoking causes lung cancer. The tobacco companies knew this decades ago, but in the 1940s and 1950s they tried to keep it hushed up and they saw to it that any doctor who warned of the danger got sacked - sacked for telling the truth. They produced advertising showing doctors smoking to fool the people into not believing the warnings by some doctors. Admittedly, even today many doctors do smoke - how's that for batsh*t crazy.
In the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s the British government carried out secret chemical weapons tests and germ warfare tests on the British public. Of course it was denied, and the people who told the truth were dismissed as cranks (back then, the term "conspiracy theorist" hadn't yet been coined). The so-called conspiracy theorists told the truth. This is no longer disputed, it has been reported widely and it you can even read about in Hansard.
Do the vaccines actually work?
Yesterday, I read in the news of a care home where all the residents had been vaccinated in January, but over 80% of them have recently been infected with the coronavirus. Two have died - so far just two.
Even Pfizer admits that their vaccine won't protect everyone. This is an official document from the FDA -
"The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) to permit the emergency use of the unapproved product, Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine"
Note - it is an "unapproved product" - unapproved by the FDA because it hasn't been properly tested.
This document lists the "Serious adverse events", and top of the list is "death".
You can read it yourself at - https://www.fda.gov/media/144413/download
That is the FDA - is that a conspiracy theorist site?
We are told that the vaccines are 85%, 90%, 93% effective (figures for different vaccines) but when over 80% of those residents still got the coronavirus, that makes it look to me that whichever vaccine they had was less than 20% effective.
Gregory Michael MD died, according to his wife, due to a strong reaction to the COVID vaccine. He was a pro vaccine advocate that is why he got it himself.
I read what Dr. Jerry L. Spivak said. He is an expert on blood disorders at Johns Hopkins University, and told the New York Times that he believes “it is a medical certainty” that Pfizer’s COVID vaccine caused the death of Dr. Gregory Michael.
So people are risking the possibility of death in taking a vaccine that might not even work for them.
