Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Thanks, Amtech. I suspect that I wasn't alone in not knowing that. It's odd, to say the least. . Nick Johansen advises other companies on legal matters so presumably it's ok and as chairman is the man in charge overall.
Greg Entwistle is the mine builder and there's not a lot of news because that's all the action there is..All very strange to me but hopefully when the half year report appears any time now, all will be clarified
Shrewd? Have to think about that. Didn't FQM propose the (non binding) deal? Hope you're right that we're next and that a deal happens here and it's not given away for a share in sales. 3p would be much more welcome
It was good while it lasted but there was nothing to cause a rise because news is an unusual occurrence. here. Half year is due soon so we should be a bit wiser. The Graphite is still good. It's still there, worth as much or even more and there may be a chance to top up some more at mid ones or even less.
I know little about Manganese but presumably Colin does and the RNS today looks interesting. The main source is China for use as a battery metal maybe not the same type as discovered here but it could be maybe, possibly or perhaps and there is an article in the WSJ today on plans to mine the sea floor for essential battery metals Cobalt and Manganese which may not be permitted.
Look fine to me
from Nick Johansen shouldn't be too long now so unless the extension is approved that should cover what activity there's been and what can be expected from our 14 year remaining tenure and ,if the extension is granted, whether that'll be extended too. Personally, I don't follow the 'more graphite than we intend to mine' theory. The mine ,as is, is small and the
extension with prime graphite in all directions should prove to be a long term success whether they mine it themselves or sell it on. The value will still be there. Treat the investors as well as I'm sure you do your clients in Darwin, Mr J. ,because communication could be much better.
Amtech. IMO you're doing a good job asking questions . Keep doing it. They're unlikely to be answered and I've given up after ridicule from one poster particularly after asking for photographic evidence that something had been done. I thought it ok. He/She didn't. ACP have an office here of course at Arbrook Lane, Esher and because we're all anonymous they can chat here like the rest of us. if they want to. Since it's not a mining company but an investment company that theoretically does some mining I don't know whether they are compelled to tell us what, if anything, they've done. They may have done loads but won't say. Presuming it'll be open pit, the mine shouldn't be too problematic. We'll know one day no doubt
There was a cut off date, 5/7 for acceptances. And return of certificates. If you didn't reply, if I recall correctly, it'll be around 6weeks but could be longer depending on process.. I didn't receive the letter until after the date so am just waiting. for settlement
on Hsbc which is quoting sell only. I don't look at the board often? Have I missed something? They do do this every now and again on ISA's.I couldn't get on SOP a few days back and didn't think to check whether I could buy on the regular account which only exists as a condition for having an ISA so doesn't get used orveven considered
was excellent , very tempting to traders to sell this time anf down on Aquis later. Incredible.Of course it's had a long rough patch. Great for a top up in the 5s though
Late in the day drop. Certainly could be lack of positive news but with recession talk affecting almost everything now, most shares are worth more than their current prices but a sell produces cash that loses value daily. Bleak times
