How else can RR smr succeed unless they have capital from other sources and in this case it has to be free of RR to do this.
RR still has control which means us shareholders. My opinion is a spinout of smr to a work around to lower shares out. SO we would have shares in both companies.

With the dow up a grand Something is afoot.

It does happen the day before good news comes out maybe a position was made.
