In my industry we produce a proto type on a small trial machine,we then go pre sell the proto type sample from the proto type samples,but in all cases,the customers want the actual quality and test results from the actual finished produced product.

We have only had the machine fully commissioned and working in the last week or so,so maybe its the same in this industry,that they are waiting for all the results

Not saying its the same with Rms,but we have to get actual production before we can get the certified test results

Professor Gareth Cave- a scientist at Nottingham Trent University who specialises in nanotechnology - has just announced the creation of a mask capable of killing Covid-19, neutralising incoming viruses.

In an interview with ITV,the scientist explained that the mask is able to eliminate coronavirus " abovethe 90% threshold". The device is in fact equipped with fivelayers, including a water-repellent outer coating that is able to prevent the inhalation of the droplets that carry the virus. In addition, the mask has a copper coating,a material that, by releasing ions, can exterminate the virus on contact.

The mask would have aguaranteed effectiveness of 7 hours and, according to La Repubblica,is waiting for EC certification before being placed on the market throughout Europe, at the price of EUR 1 per piece.

In the meantime, the mask has already obtained the ISO 18184 certification,which determines the requirements of the antiviral activity of textile products, after the texts conducted in the independent laboratories of virology research services in London.

There are several European countries,including Italy, that have requested the first batches of this mask: the manufacture, according to Professor Cave, will be able to provide up to 5 million masks per month.

Not sure how heavy the machine is ? , but my company has machinery air freighted from Germany ,and the weight is 700 kg in 3 segments
