My hutch feeling the SP in August will be much higher (don’t ask) then they will able fewer right issue for same amount…. So I wonder how these will be… will Stroll trigger the 100million buyback ? The way written I think we (shareholder) won’t get an opportunity to buy right issue. Me think.

However if there an opportunity I tend to decline because the shorter will fight all the way until they have off load their shorter then SP will gradually upward without ABot, etc etc (behaviour of selling and buy by shorter.

Unless there LUCID shares via right issue and LUCID then I will consider.

For now I will just wait to see what they offer for right issue if we have a opportunity.
