B1Jake..i have also sent the same & a bit more to JC..he is not on the board now! But, he is a shareholder like us mere mortals...i have even asked him if he is aware of these issues!!!

Question 1 I have discovered through the use of Cogcc that our well Salen is now operated by Grand Mesa. a) when did this take place? b) when will shareholders be informed of this action? c) what benefits have Nighthawk given to Grand Mesa to operate this well? i.e 50/50 on future production? Question 2 I have been in contact with Cogcc as Nighthawk production for October has not been uploaded to their website. Cogcc informed me that the data has not been sent in to them from yourselves & they would be chasing the issue up! a) why the delay in excess of 60+ days, when in-fact the production data should be sent to Cogcc within 45 days, Cogcc then have 30 days to make that data "live". b) is the WF not performing! Individual well data will show that. Question 3 John Craig 2-2 had a large value gas find. That well was not producing oil to a great value and is now closed in. a) is it being worked on? b) will you consider the gas option if there is better value in that? c) can't this well be operated by another to gain the gas income? Like in Q1 Question 4 Why are the individuals at the top drawing a good wage/salary when we have seen the sp & value of the company implode from 14p to current of .0035p, why are you not on performance related pay!! Had you been you would have walked by now!!!

B1GJAKE...true, so we could be here 5 1/2 months!!! lol. I have today shot off two emails FAO Rick, posing 4 questions...she if he answers them...I doubt it!!

A second reply.... I truly try not to be a huge pain to the operators about the Form 7 monthly reporting. If I have to send an email to request the reports more than twice I usually get in touch with a supervisor or manager at the operator's office to discuss the issues, and that actually works quite well for me. If the late/tardy submission behavior continues I absolutely start the formal warning letter process with our enforcement group. Since I don't "babysit" the operators it is often hard for to identify if smaller operators have reported - so assistance from the public is highly appreciated in that regard!

So as you will have read. Rick? Holding back data!! Why? We know what the figure is, obviously he/they don't want to publish individual well data. We need a change at the top with fresh blood who can lead a new team below him/her!

had had a reply from Cogcc..re Oct production...pasted below.. I reviewed what we have in the system, and Nighthawk has not sent in their October 2017 reports yet. We received September on 11/15 and posted it 11/28 - nothing else since then. I will have one of my production folks send them a nice reminder and get them current. In regards to the lag time between the producing month and when the public has access to the data - that is a statute that I have no control over (see Rule 309 for details). The operators have 45 days after the producing month to submit the reports, then we have 30 days to process the reports. We process the large operators first, then everything else is processed by oldest date of receipt.

Partridge..I have also emailed Cogcc, agin tonight to ask why Hawk production data is delayed again, and what's dates do companies have to submit such data to Cogcc...see what develops!!

Partridge..agree about questions via website, i have sent many questions, countable on two hand (all digits intact)..only ever had one reply. I have had more luck via JC for replies!! JC 2-2 could be value in the gas, perhaps we will find out via cogcc that someone else has become the operator for that well, same as Salen!!!!

High candy...I can't recall of top of my head which well it related to, but there was a big gas find, equal to many, many, many barrels of oil in revenue. But, we never were told what happened or is currently happening to the gas...could it be burnt off...who knows, certainly not us
