I think the problem with WBI is the African government. I can’t see them wanting to agree to Carbon Credit payments in a hurry. I could be wrong but if it was America or Canadian even Australian I think they would be more likely.

Now is a good tie to start building a position no one can say where the bottom is but its gotta be close, cant see it going as low as 2p

Yup i agree, Alot of aim you have to already be invested in it before the rise because they seem to rise for no apparent reason but the news comes out later after that its just a gamble if it holds or not. HE! did that in Jan.
