Its probably because of the volume of shares that they want to release into the market, its enormous and doing it in two stages helps the SP remain a bit more stable

but im not a professional just my opinion

the RNS implies there will be a raise coming so i cant see this rise continuing

Yeh that’s the theory but the SP drops sometimes even when share buy backs a re taking place

Look at VOD for example they starting buying back shares at 120p now they are just above 70p

It doesn’t always help the share price for some reason.
