For those not already holding Hemo - its a good chance to get in.... in January they had a fund raise at 340p and I think their product looks like it has big possibilities .... also, warrants attached to the last two fundings are at 350p and 500p so they expect SP growth over the next 12 months....

I'm guessing many shareholders will simply hold tight....

Anyway - hoping for better news here.

According to analysts, John Wood Group's stock has a predicted upside of 435.05% based on their 12-month stock forecasts.

So, that's a SP of 160p+

If SIDARA have a similar view then my 90p target price looks a little low....

Could be quite a week.

The FT said Sidara, a privately held network of engineering and design companies run from the UAE, was keen to move quickly to ensure it could retain senior and mid-ranking Wood staff who have been angered by the company’s plight and its decision to cut bonuses.

Perhaps speed is of the essence...

Actually, like you I was trawling the internet yesterday trying to find news on the deal - but I couldn't find any new news BUT

I am still heartened by the Barclays position that was posted after the market closed on Friday.....

This - Second filing of a statement of capital following an allotment of shares on 7 December 2021 filed on 7/03/25

Looks like an oversight that has been put right - possibly, probably found out during current due diligence ...

What gets me is why this was not spotted sooner by the auditor, broker or even the company itself ..... or the last DD from 2024 and or the Deloitte investigation.

Anyway, probably part of the process which is a good sign.

Personally, i'm expecting news tomorrow....
