So if I’m calculating this right we have (rounded up):
3,000,000 KRS shares gives 1,000,000 Calidus shares
At 23 Australian cents a share
Gives a 23,000 dollar loss...
Am I right here or out by a factor?

Just been reading the blog and yesterday’s announcement. Looked to buy first thing but HSBC offering 22p and change. I thought yesterday’s announcement would support the SP not make it fall. Anyway, one to watch.

Looks good to me.... the loan notes get converted to shares at 4p per share. The providers of the loan get their 10% interest but believe the SP will be above 4p in the not too distant future. So it’s a double whammy for them. - and the company. That’s why I’ve bought more today.

Thought I’d never get my investment back from this share but I think this company may have a future after all. On things for sure the balance sheet just got a bit healthier.... lol
