Lots of small buys today at 20p. I wonder if we have been tipped by someone ?? Still think the last announcement was pretty good and encouraging for the future, but that's just my opinion.....

Good theory but I think there are two bids for the point of care business and the Chinese bid is separate - at least that's how I read the announcement . However, I much prefer your scenario as I like the thought of a price war..... GLA

I will check but pretty sure it states an offer for ALL issued shares as well as those to be issued (I guess options etc.) which I take to be wanting to buy the business in its entirety...

Seems to be a quiet notice board - I guess not to many people follow this company however I have just bought 50,000 shares based on the following: two offers on the table for Part of the business; one offer for all of the business (proposed consideration yet to be disclosed) Finally, its a David Evans company and he seems to have the midus touch...gla..
