It’s a pity suspension of trading starts on February 1st as am tempted to buy a few and hold, it will be very interesting if some large buys start appearing. Gla

However, trying to be positive, and trying hard, it’s not the end of the road, although , I think we need to be acquired to see our investment returned / enhanced. Come on BP make us rich......

I guess there has to be an announcement either detailing an offer or commenting on media speculation.... I wonder if trading gets suspended whilst the bidding situation gets resolved....

Perhaps the banks are getting nervous and want to cut back the company’s overdraft facility. If so, a rights issue makes sense imho... not too sure a new investor would put in millions of pounds. That said I think I would roll the dice a participate in a rights issue. Let’s see what February brings lol...gla

Nocashqxl - you’ve got better eyes than me...no meaningful announcements in months, nothing issued in December. Still think this warrants an announcement but then again what do I know..... plenty of resolutions though.... I’m up for a rights issue... at the right price lol

Just arrived in today’s post... AGM to be held at 10 am on the 31st January. Approval of Accounts and approval of auditors not not included. An EGM to be held after the AGM. So , suspension on its way !!
Not too sure why this has not been included in a RNS... suggestions...

So we are looking to make our third shipment from LP next week... which is good but no update on the second shipment unless I have missed something. Monthly shipments will obviously help our cash flow and revenues.
No mention of gold .... hopefully we are still on for a Q1 update...

Second top up for me... re-read the announcements and reviewed my investment notes.
Still wished I’d sold out around the 5p mark but am staying in for now. Gla

I agree it’s not encouraging, especially the apparent lack of cash but despite this and one or two other concerns I bought a few and my buy at 0.95 is showing as a sell...
IFRS15 may or not be an issue in revenue reporting, I suspect it will be adverse or why else mention it (nasty piece of accounting none sense imho) but will not effect cash flow.
HMRC situation, hard to explain how this has occurred, I’d hate to be the CFO....
I’m rather sorry I didn’t sell out after our suspension......
Finally, I’m hoping these new contract wins are good news but now there is blood in the water I suspect trading might be tough.... flipping eck after this summary I’m asking why I topped up....lol

I used the annual report and accounts to 31.12.17 in which it showed that MG held 230,000,000. One or two inconsistencies perhaps but as Kevin says no need to worry about MG....

Look at the company web site - shareholders list..... surely it can’t be wrong.....that said the percentages are wrong, the as at date showing 5.78 billion shares in issue is wrong and I’m assuming H Masterman’s shares should be added to MM holdings as well as she now owns a little less than 3% and is not on the list......
And I thought I’d had a merry Christmas.... lol
Hopefully, any errors will be corrected in the new year ..... gla

One of our major holders has sold a little over 23 million shares according to the partially updated shareholder list on our web site. That said he has so many it’s still a holding I’m slightly envious of.... lol
