My frustration here is always countered by the good fortune of getting access to Calidus shares - I have 45000 shares there gifted to me from my original holdings here and my Calidus holding is worthy much more than my original investment. That said I’d very much like to see this little Phoenix rise from the ashes....

Assuming it’s positive I’d like to think we can get back to 0.5 ish....that’s why I’ve increased my holdings of late. But you never know .

10 new shares for every 3 held.
10 * 32p + 3 * 120
So 680 / 13 = 52p a share post rights issue or thereabouts...
If the SP drops then before then there it’s lower...

6.5 * 3 = almost 20m , surely that’s more than 5%.....lol

First client (s) equal 300 m euro and Syme get 6.5m per year. Order book of 1.6 billion so perhaps revenues to September 2021 a minimum of circa 33 million euro.....

Looking at the Covid-19 affect on the economy and big business especially I doubt you could find a better time to launch an asset based factoring product . So much financial uncertainty right now that major companies will probably grab this product with both hands rather than issue share capital at today’s depressed SP.....only wished I’d bought in sooner......

Once the company becomes aware of price sensitive information they need to update the market without undue delay, which I take to mean within 24 hours. Surely, news whether positive or negative relating to our licenses being issued or delayed or cancelled fallers into this category....
I’m as nervous as many shareholders here however, my gain in Calidus far outweighs my investment here. Gla
