You are a slow learner Sham. You were told yesterday that UPL are not on AIM. They are on main market.

They went with 14p because the share price was only around 3p. This seemed on the surface to be a good offer. However board stated in the RNS that 14p was well below their own valuation.

They would need to come back with 30-35p in my view to stand just a fighting chance.

Why could it go down to 2p?
