700 million for beisa north and south

Unknown for third acquisition.

Unknown for any funding.

That's added to the 1.49 billion in issue plus salary alternative issue.

As the acquisitions should all be accretive it shouldn't matter. But they all need to be divided by any future mcap.

If we get a good JV on PEL94, it could make a mockery of the 1.1p target. The company stated on August 12th that they were in discussions with a potential JV partner on August 12th. Company suggested transformational impact of successful JV gets completed.
