Well that was the day that was.......however, the divvy from BA systems due on the 30 November, covers my erse on the drop, if need be....just sit tight and let glenda run up again......for info.....JMO has resigned from LSE in the meantime.

Is no biggie....it was the speed at which glen dropped from 319ish....non stop til it entered the 314 area....stop losses must have been cleared out b4 anybody could see just how fast it went down.....thats the first I've ever seen such a fast tumble.....but when you look at the days drop, now -2.69% down from the 320ish open...doesnt seem so much of an upset...7p down....used to do swings like that regularly

Looks as tho they both rose slightly abt that time, but have since followed glen southwards BHP -1.65% glen -2.51% and rio 1.29%....Anglo American - 0.91%

Had a look at the volumes traded at the time of the wee hiccup....the usual small holdings were wiped out right left and centre.....somebody had their buy set up for the 315 mark.....nearly half a million quid spent in about 3 or 4 large buys, at 315ish, hoovering up the stop losses

Thats the floor workers got their entry for the Christmas run up....fly gits

Went off like a machine gun....anyone who didnt have a stop loss set would have been hitting 314.....probably those that did have stop losses set would have been hit as well with prices under their stop losses .....it just went down like an avalanche

I reckon it was Ivan on a buying spree...he tells the market how many at what price....as soon as he gets his numbers the market starts showing true prices....and the markets make their commissions....

Yer right Billy....doesnt seem to be a lot of real swings anywhere I've looked....

Be interesting to see how many Ivan buys today at the 320 - 321 mark...and maybe a buy at 323 to keep the punters happy

Stuck at lower end...319.98 looks to be best entry for the moment....now is someone selling or buying to keep it at that lower end

for 318 anda bit....but tempted at sub 320.....sit on the hands time

ouch...£52.40 and a 55p div ex div date tomorrow...what will it be at then ?....£51.85 or less?

Sold CNA ....might regret it...but didnt see it going much above the 150 at current state of affairs....now totally confused as to where to go NXT......naw...nae NXT yet...could drop to £50's in the twinkling of an eye...Glenda doesnt know where to go..319 -322 so far
