still getting bother with the old tum...churns at the thought of eating...even stuff like rice krispies for breakfast....usually have a hearty appetite, but been like this for a couple of weeks now...lost a fair bit of weight even tho I'm still eating well and plenty of it.

Only concern about holding fres was the change from ftse 100 to ftse 250..... might have spooked some into selling and took the profit while it was on the go...currently fell back to 556+ and might drop back some more.... a bird in the hand time :)

Two buys this week, BP yesterday and SHELL today, so that's oilies and divvy payments sorted so far, 1 k volume of each.

FRES was first port of call yesterday as son had mentioned it, and concur with Kens obs on it... said to son that 540 wasn't its low end yet, that there would be a dead cat bounce then a fallback, which is exactly what it did...be interesting to follow it.....likwise a weather eye on CNA.... seems to be making ground, slowly, but making ground nevertheless since its BIG low....it has enough muscle to keep going thru the bad times

Great wee bit of kit.... would never have found the M6 without it.... and generally I have a good sense of direction, but so many turns on minor roads to get to the access point.... well done sat nav

I managed to get a clear run all the way up the M6 and M74, and no stops apart from the £5.60 toll at the booths on the M6....disgraceful that a toll is levied when already vehicle owners are paying tax through the nose for fuel prices and road tax...... didnt dtract from the time spent with the merry bunch though...great lads, each and every one.

The things we learn on here : The first UK record was of a Prickly Stick-insect (Acanthoxyla geisovii) found in a Paignton garden in 1909, with a further locality in 1943 from Tresco Abbey Gardens in the Isles of Scilly. The next species was the Smooth Stick-insect (Clitarchus hookeri) found in 1949, also in Tresco Abbey Gardens. The third species was the Unarmed Stick-insect (Acanthoxyla inermis) recorded at Truro, Cornwall, in 1979. Subsequently it was found that it had been established in Treseder’s Truro nursery since the 1920s, only a 100 metres from that 1979 record.
