Spot on Ken with x shares @£1000 vs y shares @£1 a pop. Son who has taken an interest in my trading is more concerned about the amount of stamp duty I'm paying along with trading costs, and totally disregards that when I hit profit, those costs which have to be borne, melt away...and I still walk with a profit.....he kills me :-)

an interesting question...... if it could be shown that your broker by lending "your" shares had caused you loss...could the broker be sued for the loss. And as for posters appearing when shorters are on the go with dismal posts....spot on with that comment. In the mean time, despite shorting and dismal posts, the price continues to recover....cant keep a good man down :-)

I can resist anything but temptation...sold and kept profit in shares.....struggling to get above my sell price.....will it go to the gap or say stuff you and your gap...I'm for higher things.....nothing else looking tasty enough to dip into , so just sit ...suck and see
