Hadnt read that far back. Been drumming about to se what connections if any can be made with Wieseman..Muller...Culina and Wincanton...big play.

Bottom line: Muller take over Wiseman. Will Mullers ( Culina Group) have enough transport capacity to continue servicing Wiseman contracts. If the Wiseman transport fleet is leased....who from. Is Muller likely to enlarge the Culina Group Transport...and (underlined)....have sufficient refrigerated storage/distribution points. Wiseman already have those distribution centres in place....so transport is the only fly I see in the ointment of the takeover. If Wiseman own their transport fleet...no problem....if they lease...then Muller will be looking for a renogiated contract with the leaser...or....takeover an exisitng self owned fleet?

I herd last year that muller had take on to much so that could be a good point . we will have to wait see . I will keep my ears open soon as i find out let you know. See you put on the thinking cap. Wiseman refused to reveal whether or not the own their vehicles or lease them. I'm waiting on a reply from Muller regarding what they intend to do in respect of enlarging their bulk tankers etc to enable them to absorb/continue with Wisemans existing contracts.......Tesco...retail deliveries ( Wiseman delivers my milk to the doorstep...and apparently that is to continue despite the T/O)

Any thoughts on a hypothetical t/o of WIN by Culina Group?
