I did quite well here when Poly got involved and thankfully took profit before French scuppered progress with his fatal interview, it's been downhill eversince. Hopefully things will move forward now with a new partner involved.
Curve, I e mailed Greg Collier on the day of the last RNS asking the same question. He kindly replied the same day and the following is part of his response to me which I think answers your question:
Thank you for your email.
If the transaction drags on beyond October and the delisting date, it will not affect your shareholding as the transaction constitutes a reapplication to AIM (by virtue of the RTO).
The urgency for us is to restore trading as soon as possible to give shareholders (like yourselves) the opportunity to buy/sell shares in the market and have a live share price.
Hope this helps
Thank you Bitcoinbuyer,
The reason I ask is that with Costain, the new placing shares were offered to existing share holders via client broker, just wondered if that might happen here. I have been holding here since around the 3 pence mark and would like to add more. I wish I did have NJW 1 as my plate, had WAT5N once but had an offer I could not refuse. Would be grateful of an update. Thanks again. Nick
It would be good, but says the main market in the press release
I don’t think anyone other than the Directors can answer that question, but the fact they themselves have taken significant holdings on the drop to me suggests this will come back and likely rise quite quickly.
Good research Solstace, this is what I was referring to in an earlier post, when we pull together and share information we can all make better more informed decisions. When you put all the recent positive news together on here, and listen to the interview with Mr Budd, this share is looking very exciting. Looking forward to next week...
There are some on here who research well, produce interesting data and give informed opinion and post their findings for the benefit of others, this is what I like to see, and I thank those with valuable input.
Galliford Try have won another new 23 million contract to build student accommodation in the East Midlands, this should really be subject of RNS for shareholders.
Ark, There are a number of commentators who rate Nick Lee, and also I am quite impressed with Mr McFadden's judgement regarding his recent investment and timing with CHF, so quite a few positives I felt.
Ark, if you do a little more research on company board and investors on TR 1, you should find some good reasons to invest at this level, my view which to date is going well
In February last year I was sat having breakfast in Lanzarote when this hit £2.00, what a year since. I still see this as a good long term investment
Dohnuts,
I am interested to read all posts on here and you don’t need to apologise for anything. This board has mostly been civilised and quite informative with different investors / members sharing their thoughts, unfortunately on occasion such as today people’s frustrations come out. From my perspective I welcome your future posts.
