You really need to add a GDPR opt in checkbox to that form if you are collecting data otherwise you are breaking the law, also add a privacy policy explaining how the data is being collected and stored and what security measures you have put in place to protect the data

.. if the reason the drop has happened specifically over the last few days is because officially the JPM deadline was 30th september wasn't it? So maybe some people were still holding out a hope that the bonds would get away at the last minute even tho they had said they have failed?
