From 29/11 RNS16 Dec 2018 14:02
"Preparatory work for the completion of battery commissioning for the deployment of the maiden VRFB from UET with the national utility, Eskom, in South Africa recommenced at site and is due to be completed before the start of the South African holidays in December 2018."
"A remediation strategy was implemented in August 2018 to replace the electrolyte and certain contaminated components of the system. Site work for remediation began in October 2018 and commissioning restarted at the end of November 2018."
Very much looking forward to hearing about this.
I invested in Bushveld purely for Vametco initially, like most here I still feel we are undervalued in the mining sense but as time goes by I find myself thinking about BE more and more. I'm trying not to(!) .. As there are so many 'ifs' and 'buts' but the potential P/E ratio here could be just off the charts if things come together as hoped. I don't know how the market will go about it's valuation, I can't think of anything comparable. There are some companies (other sectors) which I've looked at that have P/E ratios between 40-60 that have 0% chance of developing like Bushveld.
Also, from the same RNS:
"Discussions with potential electrolyte customers ongoing with Bushveld Energy expecting to supply samples in coming months."
This is just fantastic. Unlike the standard jam tomorrow AIM jockey lifestyle rubbish, Bushveld have always been a company that gets things done (IMO) - difference now from when I first read about them is they're so flush from Vanadium sales that they have the clout to do so much at one time/without dilution/without building debt.
This is still a fantastic investment at 40p just for Vametco (IMO once again) - looking at Brexit shambles, Tory infights and weak Labour alternative I don't think any deramper can play the political stability card really.
RichKen, I don't know if BMN will trade at £2 by Christmas next year, but if we're even halfway there I'll be very happy.
Good Sunday all and will look back in for TBP new article later.
