I seriously believe that it is not a priority for SS to find COMMERCIAL oil, as long as he can find a drip, that’s capable of keeping the story going, and keep investors interested, dilution doesn’t matter to him or shareholder value, just keep spinning plates in the air and he will continue to get paid handsomely…

Ibug…With a possible 24bn shares within the next year to get a SP of;??1p the company would have to be worth £240m?2p the company would have to be worth £480m?3p the company would have to be worth £720m??Where are we going to get valuations like that from? Capital Reduction Update

Union Jack Oil plc (AIM: UJO) a UK focused onshore hydrocarbon production, development and exploration company is pleased to announce that following the passing of a special resolution of the Company at its Annual General Meeting on 23 June 2022, the Company is now pursuing a reduction of capital exercise through the court procedure ("Capital Reduction").

The Capital Reduction involves an application to the High Court of Justice, followed by two court hearings, where the Courts will consider whether any creditors will be prejudiced by the Capital Reduction.

Once the Capital Reduction is complete and a positive result obtained, the Company will issue a further announcement outlining details of a share buy back scheme or the payment of a maiden dividend.

Whether my concerns are looked at or otherwise, I will continue to challenge the fraudulent posting of ocelot, he has no grounds to continue, what ever his agenda ? trading strategy? or even if he is getting paid? he will not go unchallenged with his untruths…

nomlungu…this ocelot character has to be reported and challenged, he’s giving financial advice year in week in and daily, that will have caused any unsuspecting investors a financial loss. I have documented evidence and reported him, I urge all decent investors to do likewise

Your strong buy never reflects the sp, you just continually recommended strong buy regardless, I do not need to justify my self on here as I don’t try and influence buys or sells, it’s you that try’s to influence other investors with your strong buy rubbish every other day regardless, go and take a long look at yourself in the mirror…I have to go now but if you continue to post what is historically complete rubbish be prepared to get shown up…
