Uk onshore could be a lot better if the geology was right, thus enabling recovery of meaningful amounts of oil, I can’t see this happening anytime soon, what ever Rubbish Labour Leader spouts, the uk will have to back, and continually use North Sea oil and gas for the foreseeable future, But no getting away from it whatever the protesters say and do, their demands cannot be met, however green the opposition party (Labour) wants to portray, thinking it will gain them votes, I believe it will lose them votes…
